Sprouts Market

A great new addition to the rapidly expanding city of Haymarket, VA, this Sprouts Farmers Market is a vibrant destination that brings fresh, healthy living closer to the local community. This project consisted of three (3) RTU’s, one (1) dehumidification unit, two (2) multi-zone split systems, three (3) air curtains, and over 12,000 pounds of ductwork.

In collaboration with Doyle Construction, we completed this project in January 2026.

Sprouts Farmers Market traces its roots back to a family-run produce business: in 1943 Henry Boney opened a humble fresh-fruit stand in San Diego, laying the foundation for decades of growth in natural, fresh food retail. Building on that legacy, Henry’s son and grandson—Stan and Shon Boney, along with a partner—opened the first official Sprouts Farmers Market store in Chandler, Arizona in 2002 with a mission to make natural and organic foods accessible and affordable, offering fresh produce, bulk foods, vitamins, and other healthy groceries in an open, welcoming setting.

Since then, Sprouts has expanded into one of the fastest-growing specialty grocery chains in the United States, now headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, and operating hundreds of stores across two dozen states. Today the company serves millions of customers with a broad assortment of natural and organic products, including produce, meat, deli items, supplements, and lifestyle-friendly foods, while emphasizing value, quality, and a farmers-market-style shopping experience.
