Responsibilities:
- We expect our all employees to work 40 hours per week
- Help manage construction projects out in the field, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Maintain safety standards on the job site, enforcing compliance with all company and regulatory safety protocols.
- Work closely with other foremen, helpers, and tradespeople to ensure seamless coordination on projects.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 30 Certification (We will provide OSHA training for you if you do not have it)
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for the installation processes. Ensure that all work adheres to project specifications and design requirements.
- Ability to work on ladders and lifts
- **Pass a randomized company drug test**
