Responsibilities:

  • We expect our all employees to work 40 hours per week
  • Help manage construction projects out in the field, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Maintain safety standards on the job site, enforcing compliance with all company and regulatory safety protocols.
  • Work closely with other foremen, helpers, and tradespeople to ensure seamless coordination on projects.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • OSHA 30 Certification (We will provide OSHA training for you if you do not have it)
  • Accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for the installation processes. Ensure that all work adheres to project specifications and design requirements.
  • Ability to work on ladders and lifts
  • **Pass a randomized company drug test**

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
