The First Baptist Church of Glenarden is no ordinary church. This church can hold approximately 4,500 people in one service. It is where many people call home for their Sunday morning worship. And we are honored to be a part of the development team.
This 600,000 square foot warehouse for Amazon is located just outside the city of Baltimore. Now used as a main hub for Amazon Flex and local delivery drivers, it has been a milestone for the city of Baltimore and surrounding areas.
The Evangel Community Center is a part of the Evangel Church in Upper Marlboro, MD. This place hosts a variety of activities and is an essential part of the church’s system and the surrounding community.
This 1.3 Million Square Foot warehouse is the newest addition to Hagerstown, MD’s growing and thriving economy. With 222 loading doors and over 350 trailer parking spots, Currwood Logistics is now home to WebstaurantStore, a restaurant supply company. With 37 RTU’s, this building is one of a kind.
The new headquarters for the Cheverly Department of Public Works is a large project located in Cheverly, MD. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q3 of 2024.
