Maintenance Contracts
What Comes With Our Maintenance Contracts?
Our contracts come with all labor and materials necessary to inspect and service the equipment in/on your building. We will regularly inspect your equipment based on an amount that you specify. Replacement parts and labor required due to breakdown are not included.* Our maintenance contract holders are given preferential service over all other types of service that we provide. This typically results in same day service. With next day being the latest. We will also provide prompt emergency service for breakdowns during normal business hours. (Overtime hours will result in an additional charge)

How Often Should I Have This Maintenance Performed?
We typically recommend that this be performed at least three (3) times per year. This is dependent on the type of environment that your equipment is serving/exposed to. For businesses with excess load or dirtier conditions may want to consider four (4) times per year. We will advise you on which plan we think is right for your needs.
