Silver Diner

This Silver Diner located in the downtown harbor of our nations capital was no easy job. It involved the installation of six (6) Dakin split systems, four (4) Captiveaire kitchen hoods, heaters, exhaust fans, and over 10,000 lbs of ductwork.

In collaboration with Uniwest Construction Group, we completed this project in August 2023. Only one block away from the water, this new Silver Diner has become a go to spot for people coming to visit our nations capitol.

Silver Diner, founded in 1989 by Robert Giaimo and Ype Von Hengst, started in Rockville, Maryland, with a vision to blend the nostalgia of classic American diners with a modern twist. The diner quickly became known for its commitment to quality and innovation, offering a menu that features locally sourced ingredients and a wide variety of healthier options alongside traditional diner favorites. Over the years, Silver Diner has expanded to multiple locations, maintaining its reputation for great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere that brings communities together.
