Grocery Outlet

This Grocery Outlet was a fast pace job that consisted of two (2) CaptiveAire Packaged RTU’s, four (4) Mitsubishi Ductless Split Systems, three (3) Exhaust Fans, and 5,000 LBS. of Ductwork.

In collaboration with Doyle Construction, we completed the project in June 2024 with the store opening shortly after. This store has become a large asset to the Calverton, MD community as it allows families to shop for food at lower costs.

Grocery Outlet, founded in 1946, started as a military surplus store before transitioning to discount groceries. By purchasing overstocked and closeout products at significant discounts, the company provides high-quality, affordable groceries to communities across the U.S. With over 350 independently owned stores, They have become known for their variety of fresh produce, organic items, and specialty foods at reduced prices.
