Currwood Logistics
Located right on the intersection of I-70 and I-81, the Currwood Logistics Center gives its tenant access to over 1/3 of the United States population within one days time. Located in Hagerstown, MD, This project consisted of 37 RTU’s, 13 VAV’s, 10 Exhaust Fans, 8 MAU’s, 6 Wall Heaters, and 2 Ductless Split Systems.
In collaboration with NDBS and Clayco, we completed this project in January of 2025. This project took a little over 5 months to complete.
The new tenant, WebstaurantStore has begun its process of moving in.
WebstaurantStore was founded in 2004 as an online supplier of restaurant equipment, kitchen supplies, and foodservice products. With over 3,000 employees, It quickly grew into one of the largest e-commerce platforms for the foodservice industry, offering a vast selection of items at competitive prices. With a focus on fast shipping and customer service, the company expanded its distribution network across the U.S. to serve restaurants, caterers, and businesses efficiently. Today, WebstaurantStore continues to be a leading supplier, leveraging technology to streamline ordering and delivery for foodservice professionals.
