Justin is one of the current estimators on LP’s project estimation team and the grandson of Robert Poling (President). After graduating with a bachelors degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, he went straight into the family business.

Justin joined the team in 2023 with a vision to expand and improve LP’s operations. Working closely under Clay (Vice President) and Donald (President of Construction) he continues to be an integral part of the development team for current construction projects. Justin brings fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to the table, aiming to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency. His proactive approach and commitment to leveraging new technologies and methodologies have already begun to make a positive impact, positioning LP for continued growth and success in a competitive industry.

Justin holds an apprentice license in HVACR.

In his free time, he enjoys flying, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
