Donnie began working at LP in 1987 as a sheet metal mechanic. Under Robert’s leadership, he quickly grew to become a top Foreman and began leading his own jobs out in the field. His strong work ethic and attention to detail set him apart, allowing him to manage increasingly complex projects with confidence.

Over the course of his 35 years at LP, Donnie has been through many roles in the company until finally landing as the President of Construction. He oversees all construction projects taken on by the company and ensures coordination of project managers on each of their jobs. Those years of experience out in the field have allowed him to see things differently and know how to resolve issues that arise during the construction process. He continues to be a valuable asset to the company and its upward growth.

Donnie holds a Journeyman license in HVACR and has over 40 years of experience in the industry.

In his free time, he enjoys fishing and hanging out with friends and family.
