Clay is the son of Robert Poling (President) and the Vice President of LP Heating & Air Conditioning. Clay began working at the company at the age of 12. Starting out in the field working on service, he quickly learned the in’s and out’s of what it takes to be a service technician. 

Clay attended Lincoln Tech in Columbia, MD for their HVACR program at the age of 18.

Fast forward 40 years, and Clay has become one of the most skilled and knowledgeable technicians in the industry. With decades of hands-on experience, he took on the role of Vice President at LP Heating & Air Conditioning, where he now oversees all operations of the company. Clay’s deep understanding of the trade, combined with his leadership abilities, has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and maintaining its reputation for top quality mechanical solutions.

Clay holds a master license in HVACR and has over 40 years of experience in the industry.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling with family.
